C Y Leung, Chairman of the Centre signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with Mam Bunheng, Minister of Health Cambodia and Sun Kwok Wah, President of The Asian Foundation for the Prevention of Blindness. Xie Feng, Commissioner of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of China in the Hong Kong SAR; Sin Siya, Consul General of Cambodia to Hong Kong and Li Guojian, Director of the Guangxi Health and Family Planning Commission graced the occasion and witnessed the signing. In the same occasion the Centre celebrated the signing of another Memorandum of Cooperation with Hui Wing-mau, Chairman of the Board of Directors of New Home Association of Hong Kong, which has pledged a donation of two METC vehicles and related expenses for this medical aid programmes for civilians of Belt and Road countries.
